The 2016 Mountainview Nordic Ski Cross was another big success! This year, spring struck early, but the mild conditions (+8 Celsius on race day!) only heated up the racing action even more than normal!

75 racers of all ages came to do battle on the jump, bump, and berm filled course - going elbow to elbow through rutted turns and slushy landings! The volunteering crew did a great job keeping the course as smooth as possible and the bare spots at bay.


Racers impressed as each year it seems that their skills in the Nordic Ski Cross format improve - the heats get faster, the passes get more daring, and the racing is closer and more exciting than ever! We're already looking forward to the 2017 edition of the event!
