Ike Whitehead, of CCC's Clubs and Membership Committee, has gathered a number of sample policies
developed by member clubs in order to assist other clubs who may be embarking on writing their own policies.
These sample policies are provided as general reference material.
Furthermore, the attached policies have been developed by individual clubs to deal with circumstances
particular to such clubs. In order to minimize risk, all policies should be carefully drafted so that they take into
account particular features of different clubs, including different policies of insurance, different facilities and
different uses. Policies should be drafted in consideration of risk and insurance issues and legal or insurance
related advice should also be considered.
