With every Olympic cycle that passes, a new generation of athletes steps into the process of achieving their full potential. Right now is a critical juncture of assimilating the athletes who have demonstrated podium pathway and gold medal profiles leading to the 2018 OWG with the current World Cup Team who have proven podium potential on the international stage. Supplementing this same window of talent for 2018, is the need to identify, support and retain the potential we see now in our junior and U23 athletes for 2022.
