      1) Mar. 7 World Cup, Drammen; Mar 10, 11 Oslo, Norway.

      The World Cup now moves to Norway for the city sprint in Drammen, and the traditional Holmenkollen long distance races, in Oslo.

      The Drammen classic sprint races are scheduled for 09:30 AM, EST. on Wednesday. The Holmenkollen races are a 50k mass start skate race for men at 08:30 AM on Saturday and 5:45 AM for women on Sunday Mar. 11. Times are EST.

      The Canadian team will have Alex Harvey, Devon Kershaw, Graeme Killick, Julien Locke, Dahria Beatty, Emily Nishikawa, Cendrine Brown and Andy Shields at the events. Shields will return to Canada to race the Nationals after the Oslo races, and Zina Kocher will head to Norway for Holmenkollen.
      Race Schedules: Note there is on occasion some changes to race starts from original schedules, and TV programming may not be synchronized with the complete race. Check the organizer's website to verify timing and double check the time difference listed.

      The races can generally be watched on the following website http://www.sportlemon.tv/ ensure you have proper computer security activated. Eurosport UK are generally providing live coverage in English which can often be streamed through the sportlemon.tv website. Note television doesn't necessarily cover the complete race live. Complete event coverage is usually available using the subscription based Eurosport player, however your computer's IP address must be based in Europe.

      2) Mar, 9-18th, Paralympic Games, Pyeongchang, Korea

      Canada will be represented in South Korea, by a 14 member team led by 13 time Paralympic medalist, Brian McKeever. Team Profile

      3) Mar. 10-17. Ski Nationals, Lappe, Ontario

      The 91st edition of the Ski Nationals will take place at Lappe Ski Centre, near Thunder Bay, begining this Saturday with the Team Sprint competition.  The races will also be part of the University and College National Championships.

      The weather has been great for skiing in the lead up to the event, which should make for a great competition for the over 750 skiers expected to attend.
